NIRIx approaches the building enclosure as one connected system—and as part of the larger life of the building. Our work spans from below-grade waterproofing, underslab drainage and vapor-control systems through exterior walls, air and water barriers, fenestration and glazing, sealants and transitions, and roofing systems.
That broader view means looking beyond whether a detail works on paper. We consider how it will be built, tested, experienced, maintained, adapted, and repaired—and how decisions made today may affect durability, comfort, appearance, resource use, and the long-term life of the building.
